We're looking for an experienced

Senior Data Scientist

with a strong background in

causal inference and revenue management

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll design and implement advanced causal measurement frameworks, shape pricing strategies, and drive

- making at scale.

What You'll Do

• Revenue Management & Causal Measurement:
  
  Build frameworks to measure the impact of price optimization strategies.
• Causal Inference Modeling:
  
  Apply advanced methods to inform business strategy and
  - making.
• Experiment Design & Analysis:
  
  Use A/B tests, Difference-in-Differences (Di
  D), Regression Discontinuity Design (RDD), Synthetic Control Methods, and Double ML.
• Algorithm & Tool Development:
  
  Create scalable algorithms that integrate into production systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work with product, data engineering, and software teams to deploy
  - driven solutions.
• Thought Leadership:
  
  Stay up to date on causal inference research while mentoring junior team members.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in data science with a focus on causal inference (pricing/marketing experience a plus).
• Strong expertise in causal inference frameworks (Di
  D, RDD, IV, Synthetic Controls, DAGs, Propensity Score Matching).
• Experience with Double Machine Learning (Double ML) for causal effect estimation.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and handling sparse/volatile datasets.
• Proven ability to translate causal insights into
  - world business impact.
