Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework that meets organisational objectives while adhering to legal requirements

- Monitor the accuracy of incoming/outgoing information by performing regular audits

- Establish standards for collecting, storing, accessing, using, sharing & archiving data

- Identify areas where improvements can be made in terms of security & compliance

- Develop strategies for improving existing processes & systems related to managing & analysing data

- Provide guidance on best practices related to database design & architecture

- Work closely with stakeholders from different departments (IT/Finance/Marketing etc. ) to ensure alignment with organisational goals. Create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data governance initiatives
