Our client is an established financial institution investing in the enhancement and evolution of its internal reporting tools. They are focused on modernising infrastructure and ensuring the scalability and performance of key business applications.

What is our client looking for?

A Senior Analyst Developer to lead the development, optimisation, and future migration of a strategic reporting tool. This role suits a technically strong, highly proactive professional who can bring architectural insight, clean coding principles, and a
- driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and refactoring of a critical internal reporting tool.

- Build new features and prepare the tool for future platform migration.

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Collaborate with technical leads and business analysts to align on system requirements.

- Apply sound technical judgement in architecture and implementation choices.

- Drive continuous improvement by introducing modern practices and ideas.

Experience and skill requirements:

- Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles and API development.

- Proficient in Java.

- Solid understanding of SQL.

- Familiarity with
- end technologies such as EXTJS and/or Angular
JS.

- Fluent English (excellent written and verbal communication skills).

- Proactive,
- motivated, and reliable.

- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

- Creative thinker with the ability to deliver practical solutions.

Nice to haves:

- Ability to communicate in French is a plus.

- Experience with modernising legacy systems or leading migration projects.

- Understanding of reporting and data visualisation tools.
