What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize data products, data models, and pipelines that enable efficient data consumption across teams, enhancing business intelligence and analytics.
- Work with modern
- based data architectures, including data Lakehouse, to ensure security, scalability, reliability, and
- effective data storage and processing. - Leverage version control and CI/CD pipelines to streamline data development.
- Enable comprehensive data analysis in the manufacturing domain and create the data foundation for AI applications.
- Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and performance.
- Mentor team members on technical best practices for data engineering and analytics while optimizing and managing data transformations.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business teams, to translate business needs into efficient data solutions. - Partner with the Data Hub Team to ensure development adheres to standards and utilizes the latest technologies, ensuring data quality, compliance, and security are in place at launch and maintained over time.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in data engineering and analytics.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Several years in an Analytics Engineering role within dynamic,
- driven organizations. - Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and designing ETL workflows.
- Experience with data streaming (Apache Kafka and Flink).
- Expertise in Snowflake and
- depth knowledge of modeling data with dbt. - Experience with
- based data architectures (preferably AWS and especially Lambda). - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining robust data architectures to support analytics and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in using tools for version control and managing CI/CD workflows, such as Git
Hub or Git
Lab. - Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring technical teams and driving data initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts to
- technical stakeholders, with strong English proficiency. - Problem-Solving: Exceptional
- solving and analytical thinking skills.

- Experience in the manufacturing environment, e. g. knowledge of manufacturing processes, MES/MOM systems and the integration of machine and Io
T data - Expertise with traditional
- premise solutions (e. g. Oracle, Postgre
SQL. . . ) - Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools and techniques for data analysis and predictive modeling
- Experience with customer service tools and integrating support data for analytics.
