As an Analytics Engineer, you will build the core of Emma Sleep's
- making platform, using a combination of dbt and Redshift, taking complete ownership of your developments.

What you will do:

1. Own the T in ELT together with the rest of the Analytics Engineering team.
2. Make data modeling decisions based on Kimball’s design principles.
3. Create new analytical capabilities by continuously adding new data points to the data warehouse core model.
4. Work in a
   - paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
6. Implement proactive data monitoring and alerting.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from upstream and downstream data teams.
8. Foster a collaborative and
   - performing team culture.

Who we're looking for:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an Analytics Engineering role.
2. Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt.
3. Sufficient Python coding skills.
4. Very strong understanding of Kimball modeling principles and the ability to advocate for them.
5. Analytical and
   - solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively drive projects from idea to production.
