Role Overview:
Together with a team of 4 other Analytics Engineers, you will build the core of Emma Sleep's future
- making platform. You will use a combination of dbt and Redshift and take complete ownership of your developments.
What you will do:
- Own the T in ELT together with the rest of the Analytics Engineering team.
- Make data modeling decisions based on Kimball’s design principles.
- Create new analytical capabilities by adding data points to the data warehouse core model.
- Work in a
- paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects. - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
- Proactively monitor data and set up alerts.
- Build and maintain relationships with upstream and downstream data teams.
- Foster a collaborative,
- performing team culture.
Who we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Analytics Engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt.
- Sufficient Python coding skills.
- Deep understanding of Kimball modeling principles and the ability to advocate for them.
- Analytical and
- solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from idea to production.
