What are your main responsibilities?

• Define BI standards, taxonomies, and governance practices;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Build semantic models and intuitive dashboards with strong UX principles;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Dev
  Ops, and business teams (Sales, CX, HR, Finance);
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Modernize legacy reporting and support our transition to Data Vault 2. 0;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Ensure data quality, performance, and scalable delivery pipelines;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Strategic impact on BI platform and analytics standards;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Fullownership of delivery—from concept to production;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Cross-functional collaboration and visibility across the organization;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Opportunity to shape the future of our semantic layer and data architecture.

What do we expect from you?

• 4–6 years in BI/Analytics, with 3+ years of
  -
  - end Power BI experience;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Strong SQL, DAX, M, and experience with tools like Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and UX design;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Experience with Azure Dev
  Ops, Synapse, and Python is a plus;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working across technical and business teams.
