We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer with experience in Core teams who loves creating stable and convenient services for product developers. We are seeking a
- rounded technical specialist always thinking one step ahead and able to anticipate project problems and needs in any part of the application.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop or support new navigation on Decompose
• Boosting developer experience (Dev
  Ex) through better tools and workflows
• Improving delivery metrics like Time to Market and Release Frequency
• Leading or supporting R&D and architecture design
• Investigating production issues and maintaining monitoring & alerting systems
• Ensuring app reliability, performance, and security
• Strengthening our engineering culture and platform expertise
  
  
  

Our tech stack and architecture: Kotlin, Coroutines + Flow, custom MVI architecture with state machine, Dagger 2/Yatagan/Manual DI,
- module, Retrofit, Coil

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency;
• Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and Coroutines;
• Understanding of MVVM/MVI architecture;
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose;
• Experience with Coroutines Flow;
• Experience with Dagger/Yatagan (or another DI framework);
• Understanding of design patterns and SOLID approaches;
• Ability to work with different types of collections, understanding their differences;
• Basic understanding of GC operation;
• Strong communication skills in order to defend your position in necessary, highlight problems and pitch your own ideas;
• “Getting things done” mindset.
  
  
  

It would be great if you have experience with any of the following:

• Git
  Lab CI/CD
• Python for routine automation
• AI tools like Cursor or others
• KMP or even CMP
• Gradle plugins
• Kotlin compiler plugins
• Custom Detekt rules

We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.

Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain.

We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes.

We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements).
