We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join the IT Digital team, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support within the Banking and Financing Services area. The professional will work primarily with data applications, ensuring reliability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of existing processes. Experience with ETL tools and Oracle databases is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for internally developed and
  - party applications.
• Manage incidents and crisis calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution within defined SLAs.
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure resources.
• Handle support tickets, assess priorities, and maintain detailed tracking in ITSM tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement tactical solutions to restore service quickly.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and
  - up.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of recurring operational tasks.
• Participate in defining
  - functional requirements for new applications before production release.
• Support
  - release validation and contribute to reducing manual intervention on critical systems.
• Provide
  - call support when required, ensuring service continuity.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Red Hat Linux and solid understanding of IT infrastructure (incident escalation and L3 coordination).
• Proficiency in Oracle Exadata and ETL tools (IBM Data
  Stage or similar).
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (preferably Dynatrace).
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud) and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies (VIP, WAF, RDBMS, No
  SQL, File Storage).
• Experience with Continuous Delivery pipelines, including deployment automation and rollback procedures.
• Scripting experience for process automation (e. g. Python, Shell, or similar).

Hybrid Work: 2 days onsite in Lisbon
