TRecruiter. The position plays a key role in ensuring system stability, handling complex incidents, and driving continuous improvement within a
- demand production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the classification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and service requests
• Oversee the full incident lifecycle, ensuring timely restoration of services
• Conduct
  - cause analysis and recommend preventive actions
• Prepare operational and incident reports (daily and major event summaries)
• Coordinate with ADM, Production, and Infrastructure teams on escalations
• Prepare and execute
  - production and release testing
• Maintain and update operating procedures and knowledge documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and tools
• Act as a senior point of contact during critical or emergency situations

Technical Expertise

• Strong command of SQL and database query optimization
• Solid experience in Windows environments
• Proficiency with Dynatrace and Control-M monitoring tools
• Familiarity with cloud environments (DMZR)
• Hands‑on knowledge of Ansible and Jenkins for automation and CI/CD
• Proven ability to manage application performance and reliability in production
• ITIL Certification – Mandatory

Languages

• English – Fluent (mandatory)
• French – Basic knowledge (nice to have)
