Hub in Lisbon to provide technical support and assist customers or internal teams with applications, systems, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers or internal teams, resolving issues related to software applications, systems, and technology solutions.
• Ensure smooth operation of technology solutions, support solution owners in solution analyses, design, development, and testing as appropriate.
• Document, monitor, and continuously improve application support processes.
• Collaborate with end‑users, IT teams, solution analysts, application developers, and external partners to resolve issues and enhance application performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in solution support or a related IT role.
• Experience with end‑to‑end business process and application configurations.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in various software applications, operating systems, and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills – patient, empathetic, effective communicators.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and create clear documentation.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Capacity to adapt to changing technologies and requirements.
• Analytical mindset to identify patterns and trends in technical issues.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
