Hub in Lisbon to provide technical support and assist customers or internal teams with applications, systems, and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers or internal teams, resolving issues related to software applications, systems, and technology solutions.
- Ensure smooth operation of technology solutions, support solution owners in solution analyses, design, development, and testing as appropriate.
- Document, monitor, and continuously improve application support processes.
- Collaborate with end‑users, IT teams, solution analysts, application developers, and external partners to resolve issues and enhance application performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in solution support or a related IT role.
- Experience with end‑to‑end business process and application configurations.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in various software applications, operating systems, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills – patient, empathetic, effective communicators.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and create clear documentation.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Capacity to adapt to changing technologies and requirements.
- Analytical mindset to identify patterns and trends in technical issues.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
