To achieve our goals, we seek ambitious individuals to join our team. Currently, we are looking for a versatile and innovative Applied AI/ML Engineer to lead the integration of Generative AI and machine learning into our product suite. This role is perfect for professionals skilled in translating
- edge AI research into robust,
- focused applications.

Our engineering team develops
- house software that enhances all aspects of our attendees' experience, including mobile applications, recommendation systems, and registration/tracking software.

What you will achieve:

1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI applications such as LLMs, diffusion models, and transformers.
2. Collaborate with
   - functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into products.
3. Implement and optimize data pipelines for training and inference.
4. Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model performance, reliability, and fairness.
5. Stay updated on AI/ML advancements to inform technology choices and innovation strategies.

Skills and abilities we are looking for:

1. Proven experience in machine learning engineering with a portfolio of deployed AI solutions.
2. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like Tensor
   Flow or Py
   Torch.
3. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Excellent
   - solving skills and ability to work in a
   - paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to haves:

1. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph. D. ) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not essential).
2. Experience with prompt engineering and
   - tuning large language models.
3. Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD tools for ML deployment.
4. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to
   - technical stakeholders.
