Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the BPC & Architecture Department with the integration of a Senior Architect/ Interior Designer for its Porto office.

Key tasks/ activities:

• Ability to understand the conceptual intentions of the project, develop and produce the necessary documents that support the architectural project in its different phases: drawings, 3D models, written and drawn parts;
• Ability to identify technical/project problems and develop
  - added solutions;
• Ability to develop and coordinate a licensing and execution project: completion of legal documentation, design review, sample approval, site visits and problem solving during construction;
• Constant searching and learning of new design/architecture trends, construction techniques and processes, materials, of brands in the market;
• Development of technical and conceptual level presentations to the client;

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture or interior design;
• Minimum 5 years experience in architectural and interior design projects, from the conceptual phase to construction monitoring;
• Immediate availability;
• Mastering of design tools such as: Archicad / BIM Methodology, Photoshop, Office, Outlook;
• Proactive, creative, motivated and responsible for the projects he/she is involved in with the goal of quality completion;
• Understand and formulate design decisions and present proposals and solutions for analysis and discussion;
• Good ability to develop concept/storytelling of a project and present it to the client;
• Ability to
  - task, prioritize, plan and meet deadlines;
• Critical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and in a team,
• Have a high sense of responsibility;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Mastery of the English language.
