Overview

Senior Architect vacancy in Funchal, Portugal. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and develop design concepts
• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using Auto
  CAD or similar software
• Oversee and manage the entire design process from conception to completion
• Conduct
  - site visits to ensure construction is following design plans and specifications
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Provide guidance to junior architects and oversee their work for accuracy and quality control
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements

• Bachelor-'s or Master-'s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in residential or commercial projects
• Proficiency in Auto
  CAD, Revit, Sketch
  Up or other similar software
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, construction materials and methods
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively present ideas to clients
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working within tight deadlines
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship if not already authorized to work in Portugal

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this
