Senior Architect vacancy in Braga Portugal

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join our growing team in Braga. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. This is a
- time position with a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards
2. Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative and functional designs
3. Conduct site visits and prepare accurate measurements and drawings
4. Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
5. Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
6. Conduct quality assurance checks on project deliverables before submission to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficient in Auto
  CAD, Sketch
  Up, Revit, and other design software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with
  - functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sustainable design principles
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects in Portugal
