Senior Architect (Part-Time) in Funchal, Portugal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a
- time position, you will have the flexibility to work on your own time while still contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals and requirements
• Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using specialized software
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Supervise junior architects and interns
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements

• Bachelor-'s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in Auto
  CAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Fluent in Portuguese (knowledge of English is a plus)
• Valid visa for working in Portugal

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this
- time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
