As a Unified Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you'll monitor, control and maintain cutting‑edge systems across our expansive infrastructure environment. You’ll provide innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges, ensuring seamless operations that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Responsibilities

You’ll become a trusted advisor to our customers, offering insights into best practices and resource utilization. You’ll be vital in maintaining our infrastructure through monitoring and validating events and alerts, executing preventative tasks, and escalating potential outages or abnormal situations. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams and specialists on projects and interact directly with customers to understand their needs, facilitating cohesive partnerships. Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems, experience or technical knowledge of Batch Operations, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
