Senior Associate Business Systems Analyst

What You Will Do

• Leverage domain and business process expertise to detail product requirements as epics and user stories, supporting artifacts like business process maps, use cases, and test plans.
• Work closely with developers and analysts to ensure thorough elaboration of technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to maintain efficient processes and ensure quality deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business strategy and needs through collaboration with Product Teams and System Architects.
• Capture customer voice and define business processes and product needs.
• Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and User Stories, participate in backlog reviews.
• Express features clearly in User Stories and ensure acceptance criteria are
  - defined.
• Align technical requirements with user experience designs.
• Develop and execute product demonstrations and maintain accurate documentation.

What We Expect of You

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years or Diploma with 7-9 years in relevant fields.

Must-Have Skills

• Problem-solving skills and experience with writing requirements in agile tools like JIRA.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PI planning, product roadmaps,
  - code/no-code automation, and programming languages like Python or Java
  Script.
• Experience with Anaplan, Agile/Scrum, Dev
  Ops, and cloud certifications preferred.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with global teams.
