Are you passionate about creating digital content that fuels performance? As a Senior Creative Content Specialist at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you’ll design and optimize derivative assets that power campaigns across paid and owned channels – with a focus on Linked
In Ads, Google PMax, websites, and emails.

This role combines
- on execution with strategic development: you will not only create
- performing copy and visuals but also shape frameworks and best practices that scale creative excellence across the company.

You’ll collaborate with media, content, and analytics experts in a global team setup to translate campaign messages into
- performing formats. If you combine creativity, strong copywriting skills, and
- driven thinking, this role offers the opportunity to shape how we engage B2B audiences worldwide.

Location: Zug Switzerland, open to other locations in the European time zone

Your new responsibilities

• Design and produce
  - performing ad creatives for channels like Linked
  In, Google PMax, and display
• Craft compelling ad copy, headlines, and
  -
  - action tailored to different personas and platforms
• Translate campaign messaging into formats that drive engagement and conversion
• Create and adapt visual and written assets for email campaigns, landing pages, and websites based on performance data
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and
  - form video assets to support storytelling
• Maintain consistency in style, tone of voice, and brand identity across all content formats and markets
• Collaborate closely with paid media, campaign, content, and analytics teams to iterate and optimize assets
• Contribute to creative playbooks, templates, and production processes
• Ensure proper rollout and versioning of assets across internal and external channels

Your talents and experiences

• Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Media Production or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital content creation for B2B or agency environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives and copywriting for
  - driven assets
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma
• Proven ability to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets aligned with campaign goals
• Familiarity with creative testing, asset optimization, and funnel logic
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• A proactive, structured, and
  - oriented working style
