The Ideal Candidate

You are a senior lawyer with proven experience in intellectual property and a passion for litigation and innovation. You value working in a smaller, dynamic structure where you can directly shape projects and client strategies. You are ambitious, but also pragmatic, and open to building a
- term career path that may lead to partnership.

Responsabilities

• Lead and manage litigation in the areas of patents, copyright, or trademarks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and licensing agreements in IP/technology.
• Advise clients in areas of emerging technologies, including AI and
  - driven industries.
• Represent clients before national and international courts and authorities.
• Collaborate in the development of new practice areas and contribute to thought leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and actively participate in
  - sharing across the firm.

Qualifications

• Law degree with bar admission in Portugal (Ordem dos Advogados).
• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in IP law, with focus on patent litigation, copyright, AI/technology law, or IP contracts/licensing.
• Strong litigation skills and case management experience.
• Excellent command of Portuguese (spoken and written), with a high standard of legal drafting.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
