Job Description

We expect the Senior Automation QA Engineer to:

• Design and implement a
  - layer test automation strategy.
• Develop and maintain effective testing frameworks.
• Share best practices and approaches with the project team.
• Evaluate, monitor, and report to key stakeholders - business and dev leads.
• Manage the team and keep the spirit high.

Qualifications

Must-have skills:

• Have a proactive attitude to
  - solving and lead by example.
• Have excellent communication skills:
  
  you feel good speaking to people and can articulate the progress, problems, and plans of your team for different audiences, from engineers to stakeholders.
• Can demonstrate
  - on knowledge of modern testing methodologies, concepts, and practices. You'll have to help people make proper decisions.
• Have enough
  - oriented programming experience with 4+ years of experience in a similar role:
  
  Senior QA Automation Engineer, Lead QA Engineer, Test Automation Lead, or Test Architect.
• Have solid experience in OOP, code build and packaging tools (Maven, Gradle), Spring, JUnit/Test
  NG, API testing tools, and at least one CI system (Team
  City, Jenkins, etc. ).
• Have a proven track of delivering test automation solutions from scratch, both independently and leading a team.
• Have experience with Agile practices and ceremonies, or even a certification.

Nice-to-have skills:

1. Hands-on experience in test performance optimization.
