Base pay range

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer interested in growing with us later this year, not immediately. If you're in no rush and want a great opportunity to join a talented team working on innovative products across various industries, keep reading.

At Altar, you'll help entrepreneurs and business leaders build transformative products, from early MVPs to disruptive satellite products. You'll work with entrepreneurs like a former Product Owner of You
Tube and a Managing Director of HSBC, as well as companies like Apiax and Coca-Cola.

As a Senior Back-End Developer, you'll manage
- side logic and database definitions, ensuring high responsiveness and performance in demanding web projects. You'll be part of a
- functional team with expertise in fintech, marketplace, AI, Io
T, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading complex application features;
• Planning and documenting development features;
• Following Test-Based Development rituals;
• Estimating features accurately;
• Maintaining a good GIT workflow.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in Web Application development;
• Over 4 years working with Node. js in
  - scale applications;
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with Node. js multithreading;
• Proficiency in writing Unit and Integration Tests;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Product-centric teams;
• Deploying software into production.
