As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Developer to join our team and help drive backend development, guide architectural evolution, and support the growth of our engineering team. We’re looking for someone who not only brings strong technical expertise but also thrives in a

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services using PHP (Symfony) and Go (Golang).
• Drive architecture decisions using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and contribute to the
  - term technical vision of the platform.
• Mentor and support other developers, promoting engineering excellence and team autonomy.
• Collaborate
  - functionally to understand product and business needs, translating them into robust technical solutions.
• Lead and contribute to the transition of legacy monoliths into modular microservices with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure best practices in observability, logging, metrics, and error tracking using tools such as Grafana, Datadog, and Bugsnag.
• Collaborate with Dev
  Ops partners to manage cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Champion application security best practices across the development lifecycle.

Your Technical Toolkit

• PHP (Symfony): Deep experience with the Symfony ecosystem.
• Golang: Hands-on experience building and maintaining Go-based services.
• DDD (Domain-Driven Design): Knowledge and experience applying DDD principles in real projects.
• Cloud (AWS): Familiarity with key AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, etc.
• Containers: Skilled in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and environment management.
• CI/CD: Proficiency with pipelines and tools like Concourse CI.
• APIs: Strong track record building
  - documented, RESTful APIs.
