Your Role As a Senior Back-End Developer

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Back-End Developer who’s passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and solving
- world problems with elegant technical solutions. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of backend features—from technical design to delivery—while working closely with
- functional teams to ensure what we build is reliable, performant, and maintainable. You'll help drive our backend strategy forward, contribute to our engineering culture, and continuously look for ways to improve how we build software.

- moving environment and enjoys diving deep into frameworks like. NET, building secure and scalable APIs, and working with a modern tech stack that includes relational and No

A day in the life of a Senior Back-End Developer:

• Own and drive product features from technical design to delivery, collaborating closely with Product, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Tackle tech debt
  - on—identify weak spots and propose real, scalable solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and
  - performance code that follows our internal standards and makes
  - you proud.
• Contribute to milestones by ensuring every piece of code meets our Definition of Done (Do
  D).
• Share technical ideas and solutions in a way that’s easy for the whole team to understand and rally around.
• Stay curious—research and test new tools, frameworks, and strategies to keep our stack modern and efficient.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience building and delivering
  - grade applications using an
  - oriented language.
• Solid experience with. NET Framework and ASP. NET (we don’t count years here—just skill).
• Strong
  - on experience with MVC, Web API frameworks (ASP. NET or similar), and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, NHibernate, or similar.
• Proficiency in relational database design and SQL querying.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles and how to apply them in
  - world projects.
• Solid testing chops—unit, integration, API, and performance testing are part of your flow.
• A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills—able to work with teams across geographies and disciplines.
• Focused on writing maintainable, testable,
  - crafted code using design patterns and best practices.
• Passionate about clean code and craftsmanship (TDD, BDD, Calisthenics—we speak your language).

Nice To Have’s

• Experience with Share
  Point and Office 365 development.
• Dev
  Ops experience and CI/CD mindset.
• Familiarity with OAuth, Open
  ID, and modern authentication protocols.
• Experience with Graph
  QL APIs.
• Knowledge of No
  SQL databases (e. g. ,
  - based or
  - value stores).
• Exposure to Microservices or Modular Monolith architecture.
• Understanding of advanced architectural patterns (DDD, Onion, Hexagonal, Ports & Adapters, CQRS).
• Experience with
  - native applications and Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with
  - driven systems (Kafka, Rabbit
  MQ, etc. ).
• Experience working with containerized applications (Docker).
