We're now expanding our Development Hub in Lisbon and are looking for a passionate and experienced. NET Backend Developer to help us shape the future of our products.

You’ll join a growing,
- functional team that collaborates closely with our colleagues across the entire Nordics, UK & Germany- together building and evolving Aceve's suite of
- leading products.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services using. NET 6+ and C#
• within a modern microservices architecture.
• Build clean,
  - structured Web
  APIs leveraging Entity Framework, Dapper, LINQ, and raw SQL.
• Write automated unit tests using x
  Unit to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to and maintain technical documentation for internal teams and future developers.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and fellow Developers to create intuitive and impactful solutions.
• Participate in Dev
  Ops activities and CI/CD practices—bringing engineering excellence into every release.
• Use Jira and Git
  Lab for streamlined project tracking and collaboration.
• Embrace Agile workflows that prioritize iteration, transparency, and feedback.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• 5–10 years of experience with. NET (6+), C#, Web
  API, LINQ, and relational databases (Postgre
  SQL, SQL Server)
• Hands-on experience with Mass
  Transit (including saga orchestration and Rabbit
  MQ or similar messaging systems).
• Solid skills in database modeling, microservices, and containerized environments.
• Familiar with Dev
  Ops principles and confident with CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Git
  Lab, and Git
  Hub.
• A mindset that values clean code, collaboration, and communication.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
