We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to deliver services on our digital journeys and act as a Technical Lead in some projects/products. The ideal candidate should be familiar with microservices architectures and integration patterns to deliver code that follows best practices and internal standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners on setting backlog priorities
• Mentor junior developers
• Ensure services are delivered according to requirements and standards
• Improve processes of product engineering (development and quality)

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in backend development
• Strong technical background in Microsoft technologies (C#, . NET Core, SQL Server)
• Knowledge of microservices architectures using containers
• Knowledge of integration patterns such as API, Event-Driven, and Streaming (Kafka)
• Experience with Azure Dev
  Ops and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud services
• Experience in documentation and architecture drawings
• Understanding of application security and performance
• Demonstrates initiative and drive
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
