What you’ll do

• Build & Scale: design, develop, test, deploy and maintain
  - performance backend services and APIs.
• Data Management: work with databases like Mongo
  DB, focusing on schema design, optimization and data integrity.
• Collaborate: partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features.
• Optimize: monitor performance, troubleshoot, and continuously improve backend infrastructure.
• Innovate: contribute ideas to technical challenges and product evolution.

Who you are

• Experience: 6+ years building backend systems (mandatory).
• Proficient in two major backend languages (Python and Type
  Script).
• API Knowledge: understand RESTful principles.
• GIT, Docker, Data Structures (nice to have).
• Problem-solver: enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.
• Team player: collaborative mindset, thrives in startups.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Hybrid with presence 2 days per week in the Lisbon office (mandatory).
• Visa/work permit to work in Portugal (mandatory).
