What You'll do

• Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise and mentoring team members;
• Architect and maintain scalable backend services using serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability;
• Write clean, efficient, and
  - documented code in Node. js, leveraging both Java
  Script and Type
  Script to support maintainability and team collaboration;
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability;
• Collaborate closely with
  - functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals;
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards;
• Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability;
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team;

What You Are

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java
  Script development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities;
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or AWS);
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next. js to support
  - stack initiatives;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git
  Hub Actions, Git
  Lab CI) for streamlined deployment and automation;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to support scalable and maintainable cloud infrastructure;
