What You'll do:

• You will create, test, deploy and run (Dev
  Ops)
  - facing solutions and internal services running on modern cloud infrastructure;
• You will develop and maintain functionality using agile methodologies, being responsible for integral parts of our technical roadmap;
• You will create products, prototypes and MVPs for
  - vehicle services;
• You will design, develop and operate cloud native microservices using serverless functions, containers, RESTful APIs and event streaming;
• Be able to take end to end responsibility for the products you build, working closely with other departments to test your software as part of the complete system;
• Advise your team and other teams on all questions around Backend development and work together on continuously improving the service, tooling and processes;
• Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks, being the interface between design, technology and user;

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the field, with a relevant academic background or equivalent professional expertise;
• Methodologies: Agile and Dev
  Ops mindset; experience with the SAFe framework is a plus;
• Development: Strong backend experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Kotlin, RESTful APIs, and
  - driven architectures (e. g. , Kafka, Kinesis, etc. );
• Best Practices: Solid understanding of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and common design patterns, with a focus on quality and maintainability;
• Dev
  Ops & Cloud: Hands-on experience with CI/CD, microservices (building and using), and cloud integration (preferably AWS), including Infrastructure-as-Code, Paa
  S, monitoring, and alerting;
• Tools: Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence. Experience with both SQL and No
  SQL databases;
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of Python (preferably Flask) for rapid prototyping and tooling;
• Soft Skills: Strong English communication skills, proactive,
  - organized, curious, and motivated by continuous learning and
