Senior Backend Developer

What You'll do

• Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise and mentoring team members.
• Architect and maintain scalable backend services using serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code in Node. js, leveraging Java
  Script and Type
  Script to support maintainability and team collaboration.
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.

What You Are

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java
  Script development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or AWS).
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next. js to support full‑stack initiatives.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git
  Hub Actions, Git
  Lab CI) for streamlined deployment and automation.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to support scalable and maintainable cloud infrastructure.
