What will you do?

• Design and evolve the core backend of our Charging Management Platform
• Lead
  -
  - end technical initiatives, from system architecture to rollout
• Set engineering standards, review critical decisions, and mentor fellow developers
• Work
  -
  - hand with product, engineering leads, and
  - functional teams
• Ensure our services are secure, robust, and capable of scaling with demand
• We follow Agile principles (Scrum), value thoughtful execution, and prioritize clean, maintainable solutions over
  - term workarounds.

What are we looking for?

• At least 8 years of
  - on software engineering experience, primarily in backend development.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and Django , with strong API and platform experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in architecture and technical mentoring .
• Portugal based (mandatory).
• English fluent (mandatory).

Nice to have:

• Experience with the following tools: AWS, Terraform, Ansible and/or Grafana.
• Understanding of EV and mobility standards (e. g. , OCPI, OCPP).
• Exposure to modern frontend technologies (Java
  Script/Type
  Script, HTML, CSS).
