A Sneak Peek at Your Future Role

Your goal as a Senior Backend Developer is to collaborate with specialized teams to support and develop components of our media platform. Although working separately on different phases of the product lifecycle, both teams are dedicated to creating scalable,
- quality technologies that influence their clients' success.

In an Agile environment, you will participate in daily
- ups, sprint planning sessions, and
- weekly grooming sessions. Your focus will be on platform migration and new feature development, with responsibility for deliverables at each sprint cycle.

Depending on your team, your focus may vary slightly: one team manages the initial phase of each project, breaking down campaign briefs into structured tasks; the other transforms raw survey data into actionable audience segments. You will work in a
- supported environment with a clear roadmap, strong leadership, and opportunities for
- regional collaboration.

Here Are the Key Tasks You'll Be Working on Every Day

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications focused on new features and supporting the migration of data workflows across different parts of the platform, ensuring stability and performance.
• Contribute to the evolution of the system by building scalable APIs and integrating with multiple data storage solutions, while supporting pipeline development to meet product goals.
• Collaborate within a
  - functional Scrum team, ensuring all deliverables align with business and technical priorities.
• Work alongside other engineering teams to define, uphold, and promote shared development practices and technical standards. You’ll contribute to architectural discussions, share insights for optimization, and monitor application performance for continued reliability.
  
  

We're Thrilled to Have You Consider Joining Our Team. Here Are the Qualifications We're Seeking

• At least six years of experience in backend development with. NET Core and C#, including Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, T-SQL, and data access patterns.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and working within
  - centric platforms that involve data ingestion, storage, and transformation.
• Experience supporting and developing ETL pipelines as part of
  - scale software systems.
• Working knowledge of AWS services like API Gateway, Fargate, Lambda, Elastic Cache, ECS, EKS, and basic familiarity.
• Hands-on experience using Git and following modern version control practices in collaborative team settings.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Type

  Script, HTML, and CSS is a plus, especially when contributing to integrated fullstack workflows.
