You have the opportunity to join our team to face business challenges in a dynamic environment with close collaboration between the team and business stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
- performance, scalable backend applications using Java and Go.
Collaborate with
- functional teams to gather and define software requirements.
Implement and maintain APIs, microservices, and other
- side components.
Expertise in
- availability architectures & observability
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide ongoing support.
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Stay
-
- date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Lead tech decisions
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other team members.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Good communication and people management skills;
Hands-on experience with Java and Springboot or Go;
Experience working with cloud platform such as Azure, AWS or GCP
Desirable knowledge in Domain-Driven design, event sourcing, and automated testing;
Experience with build and automation tools ;
Be familiar with agile methodology;
Good communication and facilitation skills;
English skills, both written and spoken.
