You’ll be designing and optimizing AI models,
- tuning LLMs, OCR, and other AI-driven systems to streamline complex workflows and make insurance automation smarter, faster, and more reliable. This isn’t just another ML role. We’re solving
- rooted inefficiencies that insurance agencies have struggled with for decades—so much so that prospects have nearly teared up realizing how much time and effort our solutions will save them. Your work won’t be theoretical—it will directly transform the way thousands of businesses operate. What You’ll Do:Architect and develop scalable Type
Script microservices powering XILO’s platform. Design and optimize workflows for AI-driven customer interactions with the help of integration and fine tuning LLMs. Prepare datasets for LLM
- tuning. Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with
- functional teams (product, frontend, data science) to deliver seamless integrations. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and
- oriented team culture. Implement best practices for API security, data privacy, and maintainability. What we’re looking for7+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years of expertise in Type
Script/Node. js. Deep understanding of microservices architecture and
- based deployment (AWS, Heroku). Deep understanding of Postgres database architecture and design. Proven experience with scalable API design and database optimization. Experience in
- tuning and integration with LLMs (Chat
GPT, Claude
AI, Llama, etc. )Experience in gathering datasets for LLM
- tuning. Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code. Strong
- solving skills and the ability to thrive in a
