Overview

In this role you will
- Analyze the current legacy Commercial Real Estate (CRE) ratings platform, documenting existing architecture, workflows, and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and capture both business and technical requirements.
- Design and deliver enhancements to the ratings system, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct a holistic

- end (E2E) review of the platform, including performance, security, code quality, and data architecture. - Propose and design the
- state architecture, incorporating best practices and a modernization roadmap tailored to business needs. - Work alongside
- functional teams (product, QA, data, infrastructure) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of platform goals. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions as needed.

If you have
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or in similar roles within enterprise technology environments.
- Expertise in software architecture, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and legacy system modernization.
- Experience in reviewing and modernizing legacy systems built with C#, ASP. NET, and. NET frameworks.
- Proven ability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and
- solving skills. - A proven track record of delivering enhancements to
- critical platforms. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Comfortable working independently and in distributed,
- functional teams. - Familiarity with legacy and modern technology stacks.
- Knowledge of cloud migration, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
- A strong background in performance optimization and scalable design.
- Prior experience with CRE, financial ratings, or property management platforms is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools daily to enhance productivity is a must.
