Responsibilities :

• Gather and understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical solutions to support
  - driven decision making
• Deliver clear insights through interactive,
  - friendly Power BI dashboards
• Identify patterns, trends, and business metrics to support strategic decisions
• Follow and promote best practices to ensure high data quality and reliability
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define and develop reliable data sources

Requirements :

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI
• Experience with Python for data processing
• Solid understanding of visual best practices and dashboard UX
• Familiarity with
  - commerce
• Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain insights to stakeholders
• Fluent in English
• Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to details
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Open to feedback, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge
