What are you going to do?

• Lead and coordinate a team of BI developers, ensuring quality of deliverables and promote best practices in development;
  
  
• Act as the mainpoint of contact between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring that the developed solutions are fully aligned with business needs and goals;
  
  
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships;
  
  
• Design and implement efficient and scalable data models for business analysis;
  
  
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (Cloud and On-Prem);
  
  
• Perform data integration, optimize queries and models for performance;
  
  
• Conduct technical tests and validations to ensure deliverable quality;
  
  
• Lead code reviews, pair programming sessions, and quality/security audits;
  
  
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions and propose improvements or innovative solutions;
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field;
  
  
• +5 years of professional experience in BI development, with a focus on Power BI (Cloud & On-Premises);
  
  
• Solid experience in data modeling, report/dashboard development, and data integration;
  
  
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Dataiku, Azure, Azure Dev
  Ops, SQL Server, and Jira;
  
  
• Strong experience in technical testing, performance optimization, and incident diagnosis;
  
  
• Advanced ability in writing technical specifications and conducting code reviews/audits;
  
  
• Ability to manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders and application managers;
  
  
• Experience in team leadership and coordination of development activities;
  
  
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
  
  
• Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and propose solutions;
  
  
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and distributed teams;
  
  
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) and French (C1) – mandatory;
  
  
• Candidates mustbe based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement
