As a Senior Banking Business Analyst & QA Tester , you will be working for our client in the banking sector, a pivotal player driving digital transformation and
- centric solutions. In this role, you will contribute to building robust banking platforms that enhance user experience and operational excellence, fostering innovation and career growth.
Your Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business requirements to facilitate seamless project delivery.
• Translate business needs into precise technical specifications and user stories.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Validate spreadsheets and
  - check data across multiple systems for consistency.
• Perform data validations to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with solution teams, developers, and business units throughout the project lifecycle.
  

You're Ideal For This Role If You Have

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven expertise in CLM/CRM systems and experience in testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
  

It Is a Strong Plus If You Have

• Certifications related to Business Analysis, Testing, or Banking Technologies.
