Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document processes, requirements, and challenges faced by French-speaking clients.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams including software developers and project managers to design and implement technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements, ensuring clear communication.
• Analyze market trends and industry best practices to offer strategic insights for process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations in French and English to communicate findings and project updates to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related fields.
• Professional IT experience.
• Experience in gathering requirements and business processes, communicating effectively with clients and development teams.
• Critical thinking to evaluate and challenge requirements and processes.
• Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with teams and clients.
• Experience with project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence is a plus.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
