Senior Business Analyst HR Lisboa

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst HR to join our Tech Hub. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that support HAVI's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, integrated HR systems and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support system upgrades and ensure seamless integration with the central HCM system (SAP Success
  Factors).
• Contribute to designing and maintaining HR technology solutions that enable business value and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution analysis or business analysis, with at least 2 years in HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (e. g. , SAP Success
  Factors, Workday).
• Experience in system integration, project management, and working in multicultural, virtual teams.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management.
• Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design / development.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and technical skill.
