SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (HYBRID)

We’re looking for a dynamic and
- oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. In this role, you’ll translate customer requirements into actionable insights for development teams, support application design through comprehensive needs assessments, and define clear test acceptance criteria to ensure
- quality solutions.

? Experience Levels: +5 years of experience in Utilities, preferably in Energy Data Management and up to 10 years' experience in the role for which the service is being hired

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the project team and developers.
• Support application development and design based on detailed needs assessments.
• Define, develop, and implement test acceptance criteria to validate solution quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant field.
• Solid experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
• Skilled in influencing, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Flexible, adaptable, and
  - oriented.
• Proactive in conflict resolution and
  - making.
• Knowledge of the Energy and Utilities sector and GDPR compliance.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAS, SAP, or Salesforce.
• Experience using Jira and/or Confluence.
