YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Understand business processes and issues.
• Propose innovative solutions to enable advanced automation of reporting processes.
• Contribute to product validation with end users, ensuring adherence at each stage.
• Support change management and assist users.
• Monitor progress of treatments and provide user support during closing periods.
• Actively contribute to an agile organization by participating in rituals, backlog definition and prioritization, and continuous team improvement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Economics.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial/Reporting industry.
• Strong knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
• Experience or knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Previous banking experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
