We are currently looking for Senior Business Analyst - PRR.

Required Competences:

• +4 years of experience in a consultancy environment as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Previous experience gathering requirements and business processes, sharing them with the client and development team.
• Experience in test plans and conducting acceptance testing of solutions, as well as providing support to end users.
• Critical thinking to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them.
• Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with the team and client.
• Follow-up of implementation and testing teams.

Preferred Competencies:

• Ease of relationship and communication with different stakeholders (customers, team).
• Forethought, with the capacity to identify and minimize risks.
• Experience in Design Thinking methodology.
• Interest in following and guiding the growth of more junior team members.
• Identification of business opportunities aligned with the work being carried out at the client.

Location: Lisbon, hybrid.
