We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join innovative and meaningful digital transformation projects in the European Funds and Investments sector. The role involves providing integrated, agile, flexible, and
- quality
- class tools. Success in this role requires adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new business contexts and challenge existing processes.

Required Competencies:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT consultancy environment.
• Experience in gathering requirements and business processes, and communicating them effectively with clients and development teams.
• Experience in designing test plans, conducting acceptance testing, and supporting
  - users.
• Critical thinking skills to reflect on and challenge requirements and processes.
• Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with teams and clients.
• Follow-up experience with implementation and testing teams.

Preferred Competencies:

• Strong relationship and communication skills with stakeholders (customers, team members).
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to identify and minimize risks.
• Experience with Design Thinking methodology.
• Interest in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Ability to identify business opportunities aligned with client projects.
