Open Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project based in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer and business needs beyond stated requirements and translate them into valuable, feasible product evolutions.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
• Translate requirements into conceptual models (e. g. , use case diagrams, activity diagrams, information models) aligned with the existing application architecture.
• Collaborate with other product team members to refine requirements into user stories, estimate effort, and ensure sprint delivery.
• Support end users during UAT, conduct demo sessions, deliver training, and provide clear documentation.
• Manage production issues and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to continuous knowledge sharing and improvements in ways of working within the team.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily
  - ups.

Skills

• Strong analytical and

• Ability to simplify complex business challenges.
• Proven ability to work in collaborative,
  - functional teams.
• Proficiency in modelling and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, Sparx EA, Confluence.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Experience with functional/business analysis and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Le
  SS, or similar).
• Familiarity with backlog/sprint management tools like Azure Dev
  Ops or Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and
  - technical.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
