About the Job

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support digital transformation and delivery initiatives within a banking environment. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, ensure alignment across systems and integrations, and drive
- quality outcomes.

Responsabilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes;
• Support project delivery in an Agile environment using Jira for backlog management and Confluence for documentation;
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL/querying, supporting
  - making and functional testing;
• Contribute to the definition and validation of API and system integration requirements, ensuring consistency across applications and platforms;
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and proactively propose solutions and process improvements;
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) preparation, execution, and defect triage, ensuring quality delivery;
• Ensure traceability between business needs, functional documentation, and delivered features;

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a banking or financial services environment;
• Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory constraints (depending on scope);
• Proficient with: Jira (requirements tracking, user stories, workflows) and Confluence (documentation, collaboration, knowledge base);
• Solid skills in SQL / querying for: data exploration and validation, reporting support, functional and test validation activities;
• Understanding of API and integration concepts, such as: REST APIs, request/response patterns,
