We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid project based in Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand complex business processes within finance and risk
• Analyse and structure functional requirements for data reporting systems
• Design solutions that support automation and data reliability in reporting flows
• Validate deliverables with end users and contribute to change management
• Monitor treatment pipelines and support internal users during closing periods
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
• Participate in backlog refinement, team rituals and continuous improvement

Technical Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial or reporting contexts
• Strong command of SQL (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Familiarity with IFRS9, Basel IV or other regulatory frameworks is highly valued
• Experience with reporting tools and data flows in complex environments

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with financial and technical data
• Attention to detail, precision and sense of ownership
• Comfortable acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Autonomous, communicative and highly collaborative
• Fluent in English;
  
  French is a plus
