We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Energy sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with
- driven solutions, leveraging Power BI, SQL, and data analysis to support
- making processes. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in both technical and
- technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the business domain and identify key analytical needs.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with Data Science and IT teams to ensure data quality and business relevance.
Translate business problems into actionable,
- driven solutions.
Apply Agile/SCRUM methodologies in project execution.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and
- technical audiences.
Required Qualifications & Experience
4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on
- driven
- making.
Proven expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reports, DAX, data modeling).
Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes for data collection and processing.
Knowledge of Python (or R) for advanced data analysis.
Understanding of Data Science concepts (predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning is a plus).
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams.
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics , or a related field.
Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and proficiency in English (Spanish highly valued).

Work Model
Hybrid : 2 days
