We are seeking a proactive and
- oriented Business Analyst to act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering and translating customer requirements, supporting application design, and defining test acceptance criteria to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Deliverables

• Translate customer requirements into clear and actionable inputs for project teams and developers;
• Support the development and design of new applications through thorough needs assessments;
• Define and implement robust test acceptance criteria.

Must Have / What Must Be On Your CV

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant field;
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and sense of responsibility;
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce;
• Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence.
