About you

• You’ll be an experienced BA who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and clients
• You’ll have an outstanding record of delivery
• You’ll be ambitious with a strong drive to succeed
• You’ll be an innovative thinker and problem solver
• You’ll be a strong team player who is comfortable with working as part of a geographically dispersed team
• Serve as a subject matter expert for our Hello
  Zero platform
• Gathering requirements, analysing new and existing product features, and mapping data sources
• Document new product features, release notes, and user guides for internal knowledge base and external clients
• Work adhering to our SOC2 and ISO27001 frameworks
• Cultivate quality and profitable relationships with key stakeholders
• Partner with the product team to ensure
  - quality and timely software delivery
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Assist the Technical Team Lead with continuous improvements to the development processes

Skills and expertise

• Experience in Futures and Options trade flow (post-trade)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, particularly listening, questioning, and gently challenging
• The ability to envision alternative solutions and work under your initiative whilst recognising the importance of teamwork
• Proven
  - solving ability
• A thorough understanding of software development
• Experience in providing realistic work estimates
• Knowledge of how software testing works
• A fast learner who can grasp concepts quickly and ask probing and insightful questions
• Proven experience of commercially sound, pragmatic delivery
• Self-starter who can work independently but knows when to ask others for assistance
• Ability to elevate issues when appropriate
• Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders

• The final step will be a skills interview with Chris, CTO, and one of our senior developers (approx. 2 hrs)
