Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements (BRDs, user stories, and process flows).
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Support UAT activities by preparing scenarios and validating deliverables.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI concepts to support data validation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Nice to Have

• Solid experience working with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Hands-on exposure to defining and tracking business KPIs.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
