We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Energy sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with
- driven solutions, leveraging Power BI, SQL, and data analysis to support
- making processes. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in both technical and
- technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the business domain and identify key analytical needs.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with Data Science and IT teams to ensure data quality and business relevance.
• Translate business problems into actionable,
  - driven solutions.
• Apply Agile/SCRUM methodologies in project execution.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and
  - technical audiences.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on
  - driven
  - making.
• Proven expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reports, DAX, data modeling).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes for data collection and processing.
• Knowledge of Python (or R) for advanced data analysis.
• Understanding of Data Science concepts (predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning is a plus).
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and proficiency in English (Spanish highly valued).

Work Model

• Hybrid: 2 days
  - site per week (Lisbon metropolitan area), 3 days remote.
